We've been in business since April 2010 - and we are Australia's Biggest and Best, and only professional Geo-sports, Geocaching and Munzee store. is the first and only walk-up retail Geo-sports, Geocaching and Munzee store in the Southern Hemisphere.

We have substantial stock of most items - if it's available for sale in the store - we have stock of it. While we concentrate on the Australian and New Zealand markets, we are, of course, happy to ship to anywhere in the world. 

We are an official distributors for, Coins&Pins, OakCoins/Geoswag, WildTech etc etc etc (and some others we prefer to keep secret !).

There is plenty of free parking in the surrounding streets especially in McClure to the South and the extension of Grange Rd to the East. Please avoid parking in the numbered spots as they belong to the other units (unless it is spot number 9 - that's ours - go for it!),

Payment options

We accept Paypal, Visa and Mastercard, bank deposit and cheques in Australian dollars. We can also except manual credit card orders - you can select "Call me for Credit Card details" as a payment method. This is especially useful if you have an overseas credit card. We except cash and Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards in the retail store.

We use eWay (based in Canberra) as our online checkout method, and we accept Visa or Mastercard through them. You can also checkout using your Paypal account. Or even pay by bank deposit or cheque. 

If you choose the bank deposit method, you will be sent an email with the bank account details. But if you need the details again, here they are:

We don't force you to register to but things from us - because we think that's pretty rude. But you can check the status of your order by using our order tracking page here: . You will need your order number (it's in the mail that was sent to you) and the email address you ordered from.

Event or Cache Sponsorship

We do sponsor some official official events in Australia, and very very special caches. The sponsorship is usually FTF prizes etc. If you are interested in sponsoring your Event or Cache, please visit our sponsorship page: 

User and comment review policy

While users of the site are able to leave comments on certain content items - we reserve the right to review comments before they are published. Our policy is that comments are not automatically published, but will be published once they are reviewed and deemed as "reasonable" and not spam, ranting, the rantings of a wacko (!!), abusive etc. We are more than happy to post both negative and positive product reviews and feedback etc, as this is valuable information for our customers.

On vary rare occasions it may be necessary to ask some customers or users not to comment, use our Facebook page or other facilities. Effectively, "bar" or "block" a user. Again, this is a really rare occurrence, but for the pleasure and sanity of all of our customers, we reserve the right to block certain users.

Return/Refund Policy/Warranty

At – we are nice people. And all of our products are of the highest quality, but sometimes something goes wrong. And we would be happy to exchange goods, or provide a refund if you find that:
- The goods are not as described or
- The goods are faulty when you receive them or
- The goods become faulty within a reasonable time,
- The goods were not as described.
We can’t exchange or refund goods if you simply change your mind - but we might ! That’s pretty fair we think.

Shipping Rates - all shipped by Australia Post

Shipping costs will be added to your order automatically during the checkout process.
Shipments to Australia:

- Munzees and physical gift cards - $1 flat rate
- $85.00 Aus and over = FREE Shipping
- More than $15 Aus but less than $85 Aus = $7.50 Aus
- Less than $15 Aus = $4.50 Aus

- Express Post Satchel shipping = $12.00 - not available to Western Australia, Northern Territory and many country locations.

- Munzees and physical gift cards - $1 flat rate
- Every other orders - $9 flat rate

In the event of a special Free Shipping promotion in a particular geography, will only ship "Free Shipping Promotion" orders using standard Australia Post shipping methods. If a customer selects "Express Post" as a shipping method or any other premium shipping method that method will not be honoured.

Shipping Times

We once shipped an order 20 minutes after the order was placed - but please don't expect that level of service, that would be a massive commitment !  However, we try and be very very prompt if at all possible - a couple of days after you place your order is normal. When we send your order - you will recieve an automatic email letting you know that it's been posted. 

While we ship promptly, but we use Australia Post as our provider, and their service can vary dramatically. The time that the order takes to reach you will vary according to:

  • Destination - remote parts of Australia take longer. Countries other than Australia takes much much longer.
  • Time of year - Christmas is especially slow. Order early.
  • Other factors outside of our control such as weather and natural disasters (it's Australia - it happens a lot !)

We do offer Australia Post Express Post shipping (at an extra cost) 

Privacy Policy

When you pay by credit card online- we don't have access to your credit card details. We don't see them, store them, or keep them. If you choose to pay for your order over the phone by the "call for credit card" method, it is necessary for us to write down your credit card number and expiry date. We use that information to run your credit card through our eftpos machine, and then it is destroyed. We never store your credit card details in any way.

We do need to keep some details about you so that we can process your orders. Things like name, email address, ordered items. address and phone number if you've provided one. These details are kept securely by us. And you can request to see them at any time. We will never share those details with any third party for any reason. So, we won't sell your details ! 

You can "opt-in" (i.e give us permission) to contact you via email, and by Facebook. You can withdraw this permission any time by "de-friending" us on Facebook or removing yourself from our mailing list using the link in the email.

We have an e-mail newsletter, which we send out about once a month to those customers that have "opted-in" to our marketing. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link provided in the email.

Stock policy

If you can buy it's on the then it's in stock - it's in stock - and we can ship it to you. Items that we are out of stock of are still shown on the site, but they are shown as "Out of Stock". We don't do "backorders" if we can help it, as we don't think that that is fair to anyone.
