Received gift card to give to son. Looked like the card had been dragged around the shop floor covered in scratches and not attached to anything to protect it. Marketing idea you could cover the vouchers in a protective cover of some sort.....Feel embarrassed to give to him.

Hi Cheryl, When you placed your order for your Gift Card we were away on holiday for a few days. But we always carry plastic Gift Cards with us where ever we go so our customers don't have to wait to receive them. Otherwise, you wouldn't have received it for a few more days. We sent it from Rutherglen VIC. Sorry it was scuffed, it was very well travelled. It certainly had not been "been dragged around the shop floor" as you claim. I'd be happy to reissue it is you wish. Thanks
